Lee came and listened to exactly what we needed, advised on the best course of action and advised an upgrade to the boiler we were asking for quotes on. The quote he gave was less than the majority we had already received for a lower efficiency boiler. No pushy sales jargon just honest advice. Within 2 days of accepting the quote the team started work. The guys who attended our property were respectful and polite, always removing shoes, knocking closed doors to ensure ok to access. They kept us informed about their progress and always cleaned up all the messes as they went. The whole install took 1.5 days with the additional works requested by us. Following a sudden boiler failure I was referred to LandP. who responded immediately with a visit and quote that day The new boiler was installed 3days later with a minimum of fuss and the place was left immaculate with all rubbish removed and spotlessly cleaned Excellent service all round 🙏

Needing to replace a boiler in two different properties within three years would be considered by some as unfortunate, but Lee and Paul have been great on both occasions, offering sound advice, great communication, punctual for appointments, clean and tidy and got the job done with no fuss. Had issues with my boiler , with a family of 6 when it packed up with no hot water lee came out straight away and the lads had the new boiler installed immediately, can’t thank the team enough saved a massive headache and cold showers , all the advice and knowledge and installation was 10/10 can’t fault anyone or anything. Lee and his team were incredibly helpful and friendly when fitting a new boiler at my flat recently. Lee came over within a day of requesting a survey, and had me booked in for a boiler replacement the following day. He helped me choose a new a boiler, saving me money on what I thought I needed. L & P Engineers Paul and Andrew turned up around 7:30 and were finished by 12:00. They were really polite and professional. After they finished, they cleaned up my flat as if they had never been there, and walked me through how to use my boiler and the new controls. Absolutely amazing service. Had boiler fail (leak brought ceiling down below). Very bad timing as family member ill at the time. Old boiler had been ‘repaired’ previously so decided to go for a new one. Submitted online enquiry to L&P as had seen great reviews. Submitted form at about 7.30pm on a Sunday night. Lee phoned me within 10 minutes having seen the enquiry and difficult circumstances and arranged to visit next day. Lee was fantastic. No upselling, very good advice and even advised better/cheaper options than I had originally looked at. He was able to arrange for install of new boiler the following day. Steve and Callum were excellent with the install - very friendly, fast and efficient and managed to get around some awkward issues with flue placement (over conservatory). Fantastic service from Lee and his team for our boiler installation. I can’t recommend them highly enough! After placing the order with the Fast Track team at Worcester Bosch last Saturday evening, we had confirmation that our boiler would be installed on the following Tuesday morning. Lee called me on Monday to confirm arrangements and was really helpful and clear about the whole process. Paul and Luke arrived early the next morning, having driven over an hour to get to us, but were very courteous and efficient – they got straight to work and were extremely professional the whole time they were with us. They were done by midday and had also completed a cleanse of the system, sorted out a couple of our radiators that weren’t working properly, and installed a new magnetic filter. They also left everything very clean and tidy afterwards. We now have a lovely warm house with hot water and we couldn’t be happier! Lee called a couple of days later as a courtesy to check that everything had gone well and I had a good long chat with him about the new boiler and the controls – I’m really glad he advised us to go for the Comfort II controls rather than the smart EasyControl. Really pleased with the service we received – I just wish they were based a bit closer so that they could be our regular plumbers!
