What do you love most about your job?
I find it highly rewarding when I help clients find their own voice, their true self, to find greater agency in their lives and to develop healthier ways of relating with themselves and with others.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I want to make a difference to the people I work with.

I will listen to you with warmth, and help you explore your problems with curiosity. I offer a space to express yourself and your needs; to gain insights, self-acceptance and self-worth. This opens the path to being calmer, more effective, to shaping healthier, richer relationships with others — and with yourself.

I only see clients face-to-face, though I will have the odd therapy session online if a client cannot attend in person for a personal reason.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The therapy rooms that I use provide hand sanitiser and, if required, face masks.
