Had the best falafel box from Mel at Cambridge Vegan Market. Very tasty and the texture of the falafels was perfect crispy on the outside soft on the inside. Lovely products and a lovely lady.

I had the pleasure of attending one of Mel's urban retreat days and not only were we served the most delicious vegan lunch but got to learn all about the importance on nutrient dense foods and how to eat well. The day was a fantastic mix of rejuvenating activities including restorative yoga and guided meditation and invaluable information about how to best serve your body through food. The vegan brownies were the highlight. I recommend Mel and Love Nutrition Cambridge wholeheartedly, especially if you are interested in creating a health and nutritious lifestyle. More...

I recently attended a retreat hosted by Mel. She has a passion and enthusiasm for nutrition. She explains the science of nutrition in a very simple manner which make it easy to understand. Attended one of Mel's well being day and what a great experience it was.The food was exceptional ! We were welcomed with a fresh juice when we came in. . Then after a session of yoga we had tea then had a very well informative lecture. On nutrition also we had a session of breathing class For lunch we had this clean nutritious meal made by Mel which was packed with different types of healthy ingredients had an amazing taste. Then for desert we had this lovely brownie topped with coconut milk made with only healthy ingredients which had the taste to die for. Love nutrition catered for the event I have organised and I couldn’t be happier with the food. I saw Melanie with a very specific need for nutrition advice (I'm a pregnant vegan!). Melanie was so very helpful - she answered all of my questions in satisfying detail and gave me a lot of information to take home, as well as sending a follow-up email summarising everything that had been discussed and recommended. I recently attended Mel’s day retreat and on arrival we were welcomed by delicious juices, followed by a relaxing yoga session. The three course vegan meal was superb and the workshop on ‘food and mood’ was very informative with lots of guidance on food choices. During the afternoon I gained a greater understanding of restorative yoga and left with an overall sense of calm (and a lovely goody bag!). Thank you Mel, and I look forward to the next one! More...

I recently attended Melanie’s health and well-being day retreat in Granchester. The whole day was fantastic from start to finish. Great venue, amazing 3 course nutritional lunch, very informative mood/food talk which was complimented by some relaxing yoga from Anna. I went to Mel looking for some nutritional advice after having been suggested by my GP to use the FodMap diet (whilst also being Vegan). Mel was completely supportive, totally unjudgemtal and empathetic. She not only shared her knowledge but was actually teaching me and helping me to understand everything I needed to know. Mel has been there for me with nutritional advice and guidance for over a year now. She is very passionate about nutrition and goes above expectations. Becoming vegan (and following gluten/wheat free diet also) seemed a little bit daunting at first, as i'm no cook whatsoever! However, Mel gave me some delicious recipes to follow as well as detailed advice on how to get everything I needed from food, minimising the need to purchase loads of vitamins. She educated me on which foods to eat together to get the most benefit from them, her knowledge is fantastic. She has some great juice/smoothie recipes too, which are so tasty and give you that extra boost of vitamins in the morning! Mel is so easy to talk to, non-judgmental and never makes me feel like i'm a burden when I ask her a million questions. I highly recommend Mel, you won't be disappointed. More...
