Dareen came out to fix my conservatory door as wasn't closing, chose to change the lock which he stated that won't charge for, decided not to go forward as was too expensive to change and not worth it. He decided to charge 80£ which I asked an invoice for so can claim back however he never send one but made threats that will take this matter further. As didn't want any headaches for 80£ send the money and waited for my invoice which never received. Of course, how he can give an invoice for something he hasn't fixed . Darren is such a good person. He helped change the locker of my house and show me how to locked it safely, also checked the other doors and ensure the were all functional. So grateful. Best choice ever

What do you love most about your job?
Being out and about in different places every day. Talking to people and making them feel a bit safer in their own home. Knowing that they are not having some cowboy charging a fortune for a 20 minute job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was fleeced by a Locksmith. I had no idea how much the job should have cost. I was well and truly turned over. Like a lot of people during the pandemic, I took a look at my work life and decided that I would train as a Locksmith and that's what I did. I know I cant change the world but I can treat people as I should have been treated and not fleece my customers.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am honest, friendly and wont do you out of your hard earned cash. Yes, I will charge you a price which will be fair but I will not overcharge you. I will always tell you what the cheapest option is first.

No. I can give advice on the phone but it is hard to do anything else without being able to see the problem you have.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am fully vaccinated including the booster jab. I wear gloves, mask and carry a supply of hand sanitizer.
