My service is aimed at helping women reach their goals and improve their relationship with food. I have personally been through it all - eating tiny amounts of food and punishing myself with exercise to fit into societies expectation of a female.

Louise is very friendly and very knowledgeable and I Love the Exercise and Food so much. I love that I can eat pretty much whatever I want and still lose weight. Louise is extremely friendly, approachable and welcoming. I have been training with her now for around 3 months and always look forward to my sessions. Louise has a lovely set up at her home and has a good variety of equipment to use. I have found that she has adapted my training to my needs well and continues to change this up as my strength and fitness levels improve. She also puts a lot of work in behind the scenes in her online group to ensure that you have the right nutrition advice and support from others. I’ve been working with Louise for a short time but in that time I have changed my mindset & lifestyle completely, something that I honestly didn’t think was possible as I have struggled for years with food and weight loss, I feel that Louise is re-educating me on everything I thought I knew about nutrition but it’s been really easy which I’m amazed by, I’m no longer tired all the time, I have so much more energy and I’ve not been hungry at all.

In just a matter of months, I've gone from a yo-yo dieter to someone who's built healthy habits... and I've lost 11.2lbs along the way!

Before working with Louise, I'd tried it all - Weight Watchers, Slimming World, fasting, Joe Wicks, juicing.... e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g.

I had seen Louise's content on social media - testimonials and progress updates from her clients... and I figured, "heck, nothing else has worked - I might as well try this"...

I liked the idea of learning about nutrition and having a supportive group of like-minded women around me for support. And there was a real sense of community in our private Facebook group from day one! I was super impressed.... everyone was supportive - on off days, on good days, and all sorts of testing days in between.

The nutrition guidance Louise provides comes with a no-BS attitude and I LOVE that she's not afraid to bust the myths that I, for one, had in my head about "good" and "bad" food, and all that other nonsense.

At the time of writing this we have two more weeks in the original 12-week group, and I've already told Louise to sign me up for continuing! In that short amount of time I've lost: 11.2lbs and 2.3% body weight.

I've gone from having "obese" levels of body fat (according to my rude scales!!!!), to "acceptable" levels.

But the best bit is that I've created eating habits, and built in fitness habits that I know are going to stay with me for life.

Not only do I have a healthier attitude towards food, but I also feel better in myself, which was the whole point of this because I am coming up to 40 and didn't want to feel frumpy and flabby.

And I feel great. Thank you, Louise!

Louise was approachable from the start. She took the time to listen to my previous experiences and work with me to find a way to make the programme work for me. Thought the whole thing Louise would check in and make sure I was ok with calories/macros and workouts altering them to maximise the impact and benefit of these. My minder around food improved massively and with Louise’s help I’ve made changes to my lifestyle that ive since continued. Louise helped me see how to achieve weight loss without cutting out the foods I love and made me realise its not about how much exercise I do, I have completely changed my mindset and it doesn't seem like a chore to lose weight or maintain a healthy lifestyle, I went into this thinking when I'm done I can go back to how I used to eat and I was astonished that, that thought had disappeared and I have come a long way since I started

I've been working with louise for nearly 2 months now and I feel like a completely different person. Not only have a lost nearly a stone I also have a better relationship with my body, food and the gym. There are many aspects of health; physiological, emotional and social being the main ones I focus on with clients.

So while it is important to eat a healthy, balanced diet I think it is just as important not to miss out on social occasions or impact your mental health by cutting out the foods you eat and enjoy. I ensure my clients know how to incorporate all the things they enjoy into their health regime.

I design a bespoke workout plan that fits into my clients lifestyle, this can be gym or home based which is delivered through an easy to use app.

I work with clients to understand what the body of their dreams means to them, reaching this then depends on two things:
1. Being ready and committed to make a change
2. Working on your relationship with your body

I am a busy mum of 3, I have been there, done it and got the t-shirt in terms of diets, fads, shakes etc before I became a nutritionist and personal trainer. I am not the 'gym bro PT' that gives unrealistic meal plans, I am the coach that has specifically worked with women at varying stages of their life and have experience of the challenges we face.

Yes - my services are remote through calls, an app and whatsapp.
