I can’t rate Ben highly enough. Not only was this job done to an exceptional, timely standard but his treatment towards customers was second to none.
Communication skills (verbal & written) were excellent and a great listener rather than talking over you.
This project being my mother’s house which I had to oversee from afar. His use of IT technology in explaining the problem via WhatsApp video (inc. a drone survey) was nothing short of magnificent. Resulting in a final discussion on the options and pros and cons of each.
I requested five contractors to quote and three turned up (the other two didn’t even let me know they wouldn’t turn up). Ben was far the most informative and polite of all that quoted.
His quote - very professional online with an audible Q&A - well impressive.
Very happy & would highly recommend in a heart beat 👍🏼

That job that we knew needed doing last year but could not find someone to attend. Ben and his team carried out work to replace the old felt, rotten battens, gable end and tiles. The downside for them was the monsoon weather the had to work. Kept the site clean and when finished washed down the the house. Would recommend them to anyone More...
