What information do you need from a client before you start work?
We need a description of what they need. This information should be details such as: Finished size of item, if the item is folded, number of pages, preferred weight of stock, whether they have print ready artwork as pdf or whether they require artwork to be created for them, quantity required of finished item, date required.
What sorts of printing projects do you usually cater for?
We print paper products such as business cards, compliment slips, letterheads, invoices, NCR pads, gummed pads, postcards, invitations, flyers, leaflets, brochures, folders, funeral order of service booklets, menus, wall planners, posters, stickers etc. We print a vast choice of promotional items such as roller banners, exhibition panels, pens, pencils, mugs, lanyards, key rings, trolley coins, branded clothing, bags, etc.
