• Insured and v.a.t registered:
A company that has all the relevant insurance, such as goods in transit, public and employers’ liability, vehicles insured for hire and reward. A V.a.t registered company informs the client that the company has been well established, has a minimum turn over per year which indicates ongoing trade and fulfils its HMRC responsibilities.
