They have an excellent team whose knowledge and expertise have proved invaluable and we have called on them to help with home routers, laptops, iPads and software and advice regarding purchase of same. My camera broke on a trip to Stratford-upon-Avon. Completely desperate, I dropped into this computer store. Even though they don't sell cameras, the staff member on the day went out of his way to look at my camera (there was a probably with the automatic zoom) and told me how I could still get some pictures done (use manual settings instead). Total lifesaver! Thanks again!
