Been extremely impressed so far by Lewis and Tom and the rest of the LG team. Very professional, friendly and incredibly knowledgable on loft conversions, they have been really good at keeping the roof weatherproof whilst working (it’s been raining a lot! ) and have not been intrusive in our house at all, always accessing from the outside via the scaffolding. Currently the dormer shell is up and they are starting on the roofing and the quality of work has been great. More...

I can highly recommend Lewis and his team. They did a skeleton loft/first fix in my house and I am so happy with the work they have done - all at a very reasonable price. They were very quick and finished the job in just a few weeks. They even suggested some changes to the original design that resulted in a better outcome (e.g. changing the bathroom location and the colour of the facias to have a nicer finish). The team are really nice and we were actually a little bit sad to see them leave in a way! Top builders! More...

How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
For a loft conversion you should see if any of the Surrounding properties have enough conversions and then you will need to check if you have a minimum of 2m headroom or you will need to lower the Ceilings

1st erect scaffolding
2nd fit steels and construction
3rd roofing
4th electrics and plumbing
5th stairs boarding and plastering
6th 2nd fix work and windows
