How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Plenty of head room to meet with building regulations also wear your access is going to be ie loft hatch or stairs can be installed is your windows going to be overlooking a property what area if you are in a conservation area it's very very difficult to get planning permission is planning permission required or does it come under permitted development

Didn't wanna work for someone else wanted to be my own boss and be able to provide a job for my son's in the future
