We originally weren't sure what we could do with our lift but Andy took us through the whole process painfully and in a very pleasant way.

Their work was excellent and their behaviour on site was perfect. The work work was completed to a very high standard and the snagging was sorted without any issues or discussions. Everything was included in the contract as we agreed and the only difference was for specific items we requested so there were no big surprises.
