What do you love most about your job?
This is not just a job for me its something I have had an interest in since I was little so I love it all. Love my customers reactions when I get them back into their home. Keeping my customers safe is my priority and youll see this through the quality of my work and my passion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It has helped me be more flexible with work and home life balance. I can market my business how I would like to market it and when customers call its nice to know they will receive myself when I visit their home and not a subcontractor if they was to call a national company who with a call centre.

Unfortunately my job cannot be done remotely however I have got some customers out of a situation where theyve been locked out by giving them some free advice if I wasnt immediately available to help them.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I carry a face mask if needed or asked to wear one.
