Very speedy response and good communication. However, sorry to say it was not a good job. They said they couldn’t get the glass off the oven door - which came off easily when we tried afterwards. Disgusting brown grease/chemical sludge oozing out. Not cleaned properly round sills and in places on oven door. We’ve had to spend time cleaning up ourselves- with hindsight we should have inspected more closely. More...
