How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Through careful planning and tailored programmes I work closely with my clients to ensure they reach their desired fitness goals. I give 1 - 1 personal training sessions, frequent check-ins to keep you accountable, and help (if needed) with nutrition and habits outside of the gym.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency and motivation ?? Two factors that many people struggle to keep up, however LMPT will keep you motivated, energised and the results you’ve been aiming for!
What do you love most about your job?
I love giving clients the confidence and happiness that comes with training. Not only having clients see results, but transferring their strength into daily tasks, their confidence into daily situations and seeing an overall positive change of mood and headspace too. The gym is so much more than working out and when my clients reslise this, it changes their lives :)
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a woman, I always desired to feel strong both inside and out. After training in the gym for 3 years, I didnt want anything more than to be able to allow others to experience the way the gym changed my life, giving me confidence, strength and happiness both inside and out.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am extremely passionate about my job as a PT. I want my clients to realise their potential, understand how strong they really are, and transfer the amazing way they feel after a session into day to day life! I want to make you feel amazing, energised, and ready to tackle the world we live in.

When joining LMPT, you can expect a free consultation to understand exactly what targets you would like to achieve, whether thats weight loss, muscle gain, toning up, or simply building your confidence in the gym and getting active.
From this, I will create a personalised programme tailored to you and your goals and together we will work to achieve those!
