LM Painting Services has been trading locally for the last year, we live in a strange world, and our owner has spent time re-skilling and training for a new industry. However, she is very proud to be a local female painter. Since starting the business, we have quickly become the choice of friends and family for the go-to painter and decorator where no job is too big or too small.

What do you love most about your job?
I find painting enjoyable and rewarding, especially when I see that I've made a difference to people's home interiors. Customers positivity rubs off on the finished article, which drives me to go above and beyond.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I spent 25 years working within the hospitality and leisure industry; due to the new norm - i was introduced to painting and decorating by my previous employer. I started with painting and decorating the entire interior of the restaurant I was working in at the time. Later, family and friends wanted me to carry out their painting jobs, and that's how it started.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm a worker by nature; after spending 25 years working with the same employer, I learnt how to graft and graft hard. Due to the re-skilling and training, I set about looking for painting and decorating work.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Before client meetings or work, we always make sure that our customers and we have no signs of infection. In addition, we regularly are tested for myself and the business and have already started with vaccinations. Further to this, consistent hand-washing and sanitisation are essential for me to remain safe.
