Liz was excellent and fully explained the whole process and assisted with tax returns, I would not have had a clue where to start, would highly recommend.

My husband and I recently started our own independent business and were looking for an accountant to give us some advice and also help us with our yearly tax return. We contacted Liz at LLM Accountancy and explained what we were looking for and she could not have been more helpful.

She gave us some excellent advice about whether we could be classed as a sole trader or would need to be a Limited Company, whether we would benefit from having business bank accounts or personal, what to consider when buying large assets for the business and exactly what we could list as taxable items on our yearly tax return. All of this advice was given without any prior payment being taken: Liz does not bill you for her time, phonecalls or emails but simply for the actual work that she does for you eg. submitting your tax return. This is such a benefit to any company, but especially one just starting out with a lot of financial uncertainty surrounding them: you know where you stand and there are no hidden costs suddenly being sprung upon you.
