Signs of rising damp?
The usual signs of rising damp include a tidemark on the wall surface, damage to plaster, staining and discolouration, peeling wallpaper, decayed timber floors or loose paint and possibly, some evidence of salts that have been carried up the wall through the water.

We remove any infected render from rising damp and re-render or plasterboard where removed.
Plastering.
We remove any infected plaster from rising damp and re-plaster where removed.
Skirting.
We reattach any skirting we remove to install the plastic membrane damp course or replace for knew if damaged by rising damp.
