I can't express my gratitude towards LJ in a simple Facebook review.
The help and support she has given after losing my Dad has been phenomenal.
I didn't realise just how much I needed to speak to someone until that first session - I left feeling like a weight had been lifted.
I'm coping much better and family/friends have noticed a huge difference in me.
I had never heard of BWRT prior to meeting LJ and can honestly say I was a bit sceptical but willing to try anything - I had nothing to lose! Without giving away too much the sessions worked an absolute treat. In amongst dealing with my grief she has cured a lifelong fear!
Feeling safe in her company I highly recommend giving her a call - you've nothing to lose either.
