Lizzie also took into account the types of exercise I enjoy as well as the types I don’t, and created a plan that suited me, that was flexible to my needs, and a plan I could actually achieve given the time I had available to work out, and my current level of fitness and ability in relation to where I aimed to be.

Social distancing during in-person sessions as well as offering online sessions and the use of masks.
Personal Training Sessions
I provide 1-2-1 or group personal training sessions online and in-person depending on requirements. This includes a free programme worth £40. Sessions are £30 online and £35/37.50 (location dependent) in-person.
4 Week Programme
A personalised 4 week programme for individual workouts. Focussed on achieving your goals. Price £40
Goal Setting Session
Before starting any training we would go through a goal setting session to establish your short and long term goals. This includes muscle tests to analyse any weaknesses. Cost £10
