About

I'll work with you to develop a bespoke package of coaching techniques to make sure you get the right approach and solutions for you. I offer one to one support (in person or over Zoom) as well as walking therapy. I believe in straight-talking and asking the important questions, to help you dig deep and face those hard truths because that’s where those big shifts and light bulb moments happen.

Q&As

I most love being able to help people make the changes they need to get them through whatever challenges they are facing and giving them the tools to achieve their potential. Being on that journey with them and seeing those changes happen is a true privilege and a pleasure.

Nearly ten years ago I suffered a debilitating back injury that left me out of action for some time. Everything changed in that moment. My physical limitations meant that the life I had planned for myself and my family had to change drastically. The consequences were more far reaching than I ever could have imagined. It was a time that naturally lead to a period of deep reflection alongside trying out a wide range of talking, physical and spiritual therapies. The benefits I gained from those therapists inspired me to complete a Certificate in Integrative Counselling and Coaching at Esher College. I'm now practicing what I love and enjoying sharing my knowledge and experience with my clients. Working for myself allows me to work the hours I want and that fit around my busy family life.

Finding a Coach who is the right fit for you can be overwhelming which is why I take a different approach that I call 'Whole-Person Coaching'. My approach isn't simply to try to 'fix' one part of your life, or the challenge at the forefront right now, but to work with you in a holistic way to give you the tools you need and empower you to use them no matter what life throws your way in the future long after we have parted. That way you can be confident you will be able to live the life you deserve.

Yes, via Zoom. Following an initial phone call to make sure we're the right fit, I'll send you a link via email for our first coaching session.

The latest Government guidance for England will apply.
Sessions are available online via Zoom.
Following mutual agreement and depending on the coaching package you chose, in person sessions can be conducted outside (for example walking therapy). Indoor sessions will have hand gel available , rooms will be well ventilated and masks may be worn. A distance of 1m will be maintained where possible.

Services

Walking therapy is me and you, outside, connecting with nature. Walking therapy will give you space to talk, think, explore your feelings, and be able to unpick all those thoughts and feelings that you might not feel able to do in a traditional therapy setting. You’ll feel great, not only from the coaching but also all that fresh air and exercise.
Walking therapy is an alternative approach to one to one support where the two of us will leave behind the physical boundaries of the office or therapy room or the virtual boundaries inherent within the Zoom meeting which you may find uncomfortable or clinical and step outside into nature. There are so many benefits to participating in walking therapy - in the naturally medicinal setting of a local open space or woodland we’ll be able to combine exercise with mindfulness and various coaching techniques.
As we set a relaxed walking pace, we will establish a relaxed talking pace and create a comfortable relationship between the two of us. While we’re outdoors you will be engaging all of your senses which will help you to recall memories and feelings while we walk and talk. Hearing the birds sing, feeling the sun warm your skin, the wind in your hair, and breathing in the fresh air will all add to the immersive experience.
At the same time, the physical exercise will bring you further health benefits in the form of aiding weight loss, lowering blood pressure, reducing stress and the risk of diabetes, for example. I strongly believe that the holistic approach I take in walking therapy can bring you a truly “whole-person” coaching experience that will encompass your mind, body and spirit.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, have hit a crossroads in your life or past experiences are affecting how you’re living today, working with me one to one can help you.
I take a Whole-Person approach to coaching. This means that I take a holistic view when I help to guide you through the challenges you face in your life. I’ll help you to improve your physical and mental health by helping you to take specific decisions you may be facing as well as a number of lifestyle interventions that will help you to become happier and healthier. You may be facing some specific financial issues, and I can certainly help you address those, but my emphasis will always be on your health and well-being as a whole rather than just being about material gain.

Have you started a business or are you thinking about starting one, but need a helping hand? You have a great business idea or a service you want to offer, but you’re not sure how to market yourself and get paid what you’re worth? Are you already running a business but feel like you’re not achieving your potential as a business owner?
I can mentor you to help you feel confident in building, growing, and running your business so you can achieve all those goals you’ve set for yourself. It can be lonely at the top and, as a business owner, you might find that having a mentor will provide you with that objective and impartial feedback and discussion that you have been lacking.
I’ve been supporting new and established businesses for a large part of my career, as well as being a company Director myself, so I know first-hand the challenges faced by business owners. I would love to use that knowledge and experience to help you build the business you want and mentor you through those early stages or times of change where it can feel overwhelming and confusing.
I am empathetic and a good listener. I’ll use my skills and experience to engage with you and help you identify where problems exist, generate potential solutions and make a plan of action.
