If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Gonzalo is amazing, super professional and very quick to reply. I work for a 5 star hotel and had a last minute event and he came through for me big time. Not only did he reply outside of business hours, managed to get me a quote and have my order processed within a few hours. In all honestly I wish every supplier was this amazing! I work for Scape UK and we had the absolute pleasure of using Live Shot as our photo-booth supplier for our recent student event, booking the Bullet Time Booth specifically. From first communication I was in touch with Gonzalo who was incredibly helpful and a joy to speak to, no question was a chore and all enquires were informative and addressed quickly. Operation on the night of the event couldn't have gone more smoothly. Gonzalo and the rest of his team arrived on time and got straight to work in setting up the photo-booth, sharing station and backdrop. We had some issues with the back drop regarding size, however Gonzalo and the team remained positive and persistent to ensure the problem was resolved, which thankfully it was. Gonzalo and the team operated the booth throughout the entire event, making a stress free environment for myself, my team and also all of the attendees using the booth. All of the attendees and staff were amazed by the booth and loved the outcome of their photos, the Bullet Time booth is truly unique and brings a completely new and fun element to event photography, I would recommend it to all who wish to have a photo booth at their event.De-rig after the event, yet again, could not have gone more smoothly. Before I even had the chance to check and make sure everything was okay with the de-rig of the booth, Gonzalo came to inform me that everything was packed down and loaded ready for them to set off. We had Live Shot Photo Booth with Gonzalo at our event on Saturday night - they were brilliant! Seventy 13 year old girls plus about 100 adults - some comments that I heard were - 'it was literally the best photo booth ever', 'the best signs I have ever seen', 'you could have them print as many as you wanted', 'loved the gif functionality', 'legit the best ever photo booth'. We chose Live Shot Photo Booth for an important client event in London this week. We wanted a really professional looking photo that people could really enjoy and have fun with at the time, but be able to share and keep for themselves afterwards. Live Shot's pictures on their website looked absolutely brilliant, and so we chose to go with them! I have to say, from the start Gonzalo was so, so helpful. Really quick to respond and work out our needs, and he was extremely flexible and generous with his time! He was willing to go the extra mile and was a great addition to our party! Gonzalo and the team at Live Shot are amazing - on the night of the event itself, and getting back to my many questions in the lead up. We hired a photobooth and a hashtag printer and I'm so glad we did.
