Hello, my name is Leila, thank you for taking the time to visit my page.

As an Integrative counsellor, I believe in creating a personalised approach for my clients. I incorporate various therapeutic techniques into my sessions to meet the unique needs of my clients. I aim to create a therapeutic alliance within each session, giving the clients space to explore a range of issues, from specific mental health conditions, and past experiences, to life changes, and personal growth. I work with Adults ages 18 and over, and I am based in South Manchester. I work closely with the LGBTQ+ community, and I offer a safe space for all my clients.


If you are looking for an alternative form of therapy, I am also qualified as a hypnotherapist. I work closely with Young Professionals who are suffering from Anxiety Disorders, Stress, and Burn out. I use Solution Focused Therapy. This type of hypnotherapy is designed to reduce anxiety and calm the mind. I work with your current circumstances and help you to build a positive view of the future, and make this view a reality.
