What do you love most about your job?
Producing a set of photos that really represent the day or event and getting feedback from the client about moments they hadn't remembered, but now had photos of. My own wedding went by in a haze, so having wonderful photos that caught each moment to look back on was essential and that's what I always think of when photographing an event.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My husband was Best Man at a wedding several years ago, which meant he had to give up his camera to me - I not only loved taking the photos, but also seeing the results afterwards! The bride & groom paid a professional photographer on the day, but it's my photos that are on their walls. I haven't looked back since...and my husband has never been allowed to touch my camera, either :)
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a great deal of experience, so you can rely on me to capture your day exactly as you want it, but I like to keep my prices incredibly reasonable. I give a set price upfront that covers absolutely everything, so there are no worries or concerns over extra charges, or not being able to afford all the photos you want afterwards, or getting photos at a lower resolution so you can't print them the way you'd like to.
