Absolutely amazing with grooming job on Jake, he is so nervous, Leanne specialises in 1 to1 grooms for dog’s that are very nervous and that are reactive, I will be definitely going back every time he needs a groom done, 🙂

Absolutely great service! Leanne, has a really calming energy which rubs off on our very excited cocker spaniel, who loves going for a groom, and also super knowledgeable and thorough. We were recommended by another Spaniel owner for hand stripping which is hard to find in the local area as most people razor coats, we couldn’t be more pleased with how Rocco is groomed (and pampered) every time! What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new friends and developing a bond with both the clients and the animals. We take pride in our work and love seeing the progress of animals and their humans. We aim to set our clients and their pets up for success.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The journey of becoming a first time pet owner is an exciting one, but things don’t always work out the way we plan.
We know first hand what it is like to have a Reactive dog who suffers from Anxiety. Each and every pet has taught us a lesson over the years. We have rehabilitated animals and they have been some of the best pets.
Combining all of the knowledge and experience that we have gained led us here to offer help to others.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our team is a family and we are great animal lovers and have extensive knowledge on Animal Welfare and Behaviour. We all have our own pets and understand the challenges that can arise. We have worked with dog who suffer from Anxiety and are reactive with the Lppsl Family. We want to help make life better for you and your pets.

Dog training can be provided online on Zoom or we can FaceTime. We can also travel to clients within 10 miles of Chislehurst. Sessions can last anywhere between 30 minutes to 2 hours.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Online Dog Training can be provided.
We work in outdoor environments for training and masks are worn when inside.
We will delay dog grooms if there are family members with Covid 19.
Door handles and card machines are disinfectant after use.
Use of our own leads are permitted.
At drop off, a dog crate is available, please place your dog in the crate, remove lead,collar/ harness and secure crate, step back when greeted by staff, then will then attached the dog to a lead and remove from the crate, after taking information for you.
Most of the communication will be over the phone.
Dog training
Training a puppy or a dog can be a mixture of excitement and and fun to a challenging task.
There’s a lot to training, it can require a lot of patience and clear understanding for all parties involved.
Packages are available in Bronze, Silver or Gold and can help provide fun, game based training techniques to improve behaviour and skills.
Working with: Puppies, Chewing, Loose lead walking, Counter surfing, Toy aggression, Anxiety, Reactivity and so much more.
Dogs can react for many reasons, it doesn’t necessarily mean they are aggressive but can be fearful, with Reactive Rascal training you will be equipped with the knowledge and tools to handle situations and help to prevent them from occurring in the future.
Dog walking
Providing safe and fun experiences for dogs on their walks during the day. Due to factors such as age, size, breed, health and fitness sessions are tailored to their needs and requirements.
We will never walk a dog over their threshold and the temperature on the day will always be a factor during the sessions.

Emmi-Pet Teeth Cleaning
Emmi-Pet is a silent ultrasonic toothbrush with help to keep your pet’s teeth clean and aids in gum health. There is no brushing required or any vibrations, it’s helps to freshen breath by removing bacteria in the mouth.
This is not a veterinary procedure and veterinary dental treatment is always advised if there are loose, broken or decayed teeth or any other health concerns.
A free dental check will be provided before sessions can start. 1st session last approx 45 mins and then 20 mins for follow up sessions.

Pet sitting
Instead of moving your pet into a different environment whilst you are away. We are happy to come to your home and look after your pet, this helps to reduce stress to your pets and if they are not vaccinated it isn’t a problem. We are happy to provide some TLC and fun for your pets, and provide updates so know that are okay.
