Cathy recently moved my fuse box from the garage to the utility area in my house. This was a lengthy process as she was working on her own. Not once did I hear her complain at how long it took, working whilst having her dinner to make sure the job was completed. And what a breath of fresh air having a lady electrician. Cathy was amazing the whole day. She was very efficient and tidy and worked extremely hard. Cathy came back to fit new light fittings to my downstairs rooms and remove a couple of wall lights. From coming out to quote to finishing the work we required Cathy was very helpful and we were advised of pricing and times in a timely fashion. absolutely amazing service. needed this service a few times and always gets there quickly and does a superb job. most recently I was away from home and my autistic son was panicking because the electrics had gone off, and within 10 minutes she had exchanged messages and photos with him, and it was fixed. with him being autistic, by doing this over the phone it kept him as calm as he could be, still getting the job done cannot fault her, thank you so so much!
