Another great clear up job from Litta. I was doing a house clear out to make way for decorating work including getting rid of old furniture and bathroom refurb rubbish.

This was my first time of using Litta. I needed a double mattress disposed of and they came up as the cheapest price, plus they are reasonably local to me. We do like to support local businesses where possible.
There was a little hiccup with the quote at first but after I emailed to query they rang to apologise as it was a genuine clerical error. I was happy enough with their explanation and apology to book over the phone there and then. They even checked that I was okay to give my card details over the phone.
This was on a Sunday and I was able to arrange a collection for the nexr day.
The start time given for collection was 7am and I was told I would be able to track my driver.
I was, duly, sent a link enabling me to track the van enabling me to be at the door ready to greet him.
I was impressed by his friendly manner and prompt collection and he was back on his way by 7.30.
I later received a call from the company to confirm that I was satisfied with their service, which, indeed I was.

A quick and efficient service. Two mattresses booked and removed within 2 hours at a very competitive price.

Right from the initial phone call the service was efficient . Nothing was of any inconvenience and they were always very accomodating.
