Great experience all round from 1st phone call answered by a lovely polite and informative young lady who gave us advise and pointers on how to make the most of the shoot.
The photographer Alex what a great guy and fantastic at what he does! he was so friendly and patient but also quick which is important as our toddler twins get bored very quickly.
Cake provided for the cake smash was beautiful and the outcome was some great photos of awesome quality.
We were made to feel completely relaxed and being able to book both shoot and viewing session over the weekend as that's when my husband is off is a great bonus .

Lovely guy, made us feel welcome and was very calm and patient with our kids throughout. We had a father and son shoot with Alex at the weekend. We were the last shoot of a busy day, but you wouldn't have known it. ..Alex was really on point, very welcoming and engaging and created a very positive atmosphere my three year old had a great time...the nerf gun battle with Alex in particular! We won a competition for a family shoot, but when I mentioned about cake smash they instantly arranged an upgrade for £20. We had a little hiccup with the cake but it was instantly rearranged and the shoot was brilliant. I knew picking my favourites would be impossible but it has been achieved. Won a competition with Lite Box Imagery for a family photoshoot and what an amazing experience it was!! Loved every part of the process from the photoshoot itself to the cinematic viewing. The cinematic viewing was almost magical and both myself and my mum were very emotional watching the slideshow of some really beautiful images that were taken. So pleased with how the pictures and amazed at how relaxed everyone looked, they really captured everyone's personalities!! You'll definitely be seeing us again soon! I won a photo shoot competition with lite-box LTD and I just want to say how amazing it was. Me, my mum and my two children had so much fun doing the actual shoot and the picture quality afterwards at the viewing were outstanding. I couldn't leave with out buying their reasonable priced picture package. Alex is fantastic and very professional. He made us feel at ease and was great with the children. Absolutely fantastic service, id definitely recommend! I recently booked a cake smash for my almost 1 year old twins. Photographing two babies at once is no mean feat on it's own so capturing two babies, both over tired and covered in cake is the work of a magician! My boys were far from co-operative but Alex was great and worked entirely around them to produce some great images.

When it came to buying the pictures, I was apprehensive about getting the hard sell like other photography companies but I was pleasantly surprised. Alex put absolutely no pressure on me at all and would have been happy for me to leave with just my free print. I told him my budget and he created a bespoke package for me to ensure I left feeling happy with some great pictures too.

I will definitely use Lite-Box Imagery again for future family shoots :) More...

I won a free photoshoot on a competition, after I got the call I got booked in within a matter of days after my phone call! I didn’t have to wait months like usual photographers.. once arrived it was a lovely studio with a toy box for the children! My daughter is only 2 and she loved it! On the second visit the photos were brilliant and in excellent quality. The prices are very fair to the market these days.. however I was offered a payment plan which helped me massively! In a matter of 10 minutes I had all my photos emailed to me and on a disc! I would definitely recommend. Friendly and lovely photographer. Would definitely go back. More...

I've had a cake smash for my son (2 years old) and now a family shoot (6 years old) as I loved the cake smash we came back. Again we loved them! Very professional, fab with the kids. Having not long had our second daughter, I wanted us to have a photoshoot done and was fortunate enough to win the opportunity with Alex at Lite box. We were slightly apprehensive beforehand but on arrival and meeting Alex, he instantly put us at ease and we knew we were going to have fun. The whole experience was lovely and relaxed but nice and to the point with the little ones. Alex was great with our 2 year old daughter which made her feel confident.
