Using a blend of nutrition coaching, regular body postural analysis, and simple exercises, I help women aged 35-65 to drop unwanted body fat and move more freely. I support you through regular one to one sessions and daily online guidance.

Understanding that there are no tricks, but also that it's not as hard as you think. Persistence is more important than perfection.

I provide the services I wish I could have found when I went through my own weight loss and fitness journey. I lost 5 stone and went from chronic pain to running half marathons, but I found all the food and fitness advice out there, confusing and contradictory. I also found that no single professional seemed to be able to solve all my problems. That's why I've brought weight loss, exercise and intrinsic Biomechanics together for a holistic approach to achieving good health.

Having been overweight myself, I understand the struggles with food and alcohol, as well as the physical limitations when exercising such as chronic pain, arthritis, difficulty getting to the floor, painful knees etc.

My private gym is sanitised before every client. There is no crossover of clients, so you will not be in close contact with anyone but me.

Nutrition coaching for weight loss

I will identify underperforming muscles, imbalances and muscles or nerves in spasm, which could be causing you pain or discomfort. Using simple exercises and muscle energy techniques we can help restore body balance to help you look better, feel better and move better.

I have a studio gym at my home where you can improve your health and fitness with me in complete privacy.
