Before I found Lisa I had not tried Acupuncture and was very sceptical. I have Fybromyalgia and nerve damage and was struggling with managing my pain. After hurting my back lifting my dog Lisa helped me recover. Using acupuncture and cupping I gradually was able to get back to being pain free. I have struggled for many years with my lower back since suffering SPD whilst pregnant. Nothing I tried helped from medication, physio, heat pads, bath crystals and even bed rest. It was recommended I try acupuncture and I haven’t looked back since. After my first treatment I could move easier and experienced less pain.
