Health and wellness is the cornerstone of productive human existence and affects every corner of our daily lives. I wanted to provide the knowledge, inspiration, and motivation for ANYONE to access physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

Lawrence is a powerful, potent trainer who is full of drive and creative exercises (I particularly love his expertise in boxing!
) and the energy that keeps you feeling strong and motivated and fierce!
I’ve gone in hard with Lawrence at 3 sessions a week and I have felt the impact on my body and mind super quickly and always look forward to our sessions . He is real and honest with where I could be doing better or pushing more and enthusiastic when I am bossing it!
He’s also very flexible around my schedule !
Although his identiy is a strong roaring lion he’s also a really amazing kind guy who I love training with and connecting to.

I approached Lawrence because I was lacking motivation to kick-start a fitness regime after having kids and not knowing where to start again.
I told him I wanted to gain some basic boxing knowledge and to gradually build up my general fitness levels.
I have been training with Lawrence now for two months and already I've noticed a huge difference in my body composition and strength. I'm really enjoying the boxing element of our training but the thing I've noticed the most is how much more confident I feel in my approach to exercise. The first few sessions I had I was actually dreading and now I really look forward to them (and I also get lot more enjoyment out of my own running and exercise sessions too). To anyone who is considering doing Lionfit I would say that you won't regret it 🥊

Lion is the best personal trainer I have ever had. He has made a remarkable difference to my weight, strength, physical and mental well being. I don't usually feel comfortable with personal trainers but Lion has a way of making you feel comfortable no matter what your mood. He is full of inspirational quotes that are in no way annoying or cliché - they lift your spirits at the right time and I always leave feeling genuinely better about myself and about life. In person personal training
Personal training sessions delivered either indoors at your home or a gym in your apartment block. I'm also available for training outdoors at a convenient location for you.
Online coaching
Supporting clients to stay on track and reach whatever short and longer term goals they have. The same quality service as in person sessions, but done digitally online with the use of video workout programs, yoga and meal planning. This method of coaching is more convenient for many clients and more reasonably priced long term.
