Excellent in everyway. Various classes to attend, from Yoga to bootcamp. A great team spirit runs through this fitness facility with a range of group activities organised outside of the timetable. Everyone is friendly and has a 'you can do it' attitude. Worth a visit. More...

Fantastic gym / PT team. Mark takes an interest in each and everyone of his "Lions", gets to know them and their goals. He creates an inclusive environment and a team with a sense of community. Love it!

Really good training sessions with Mark , Marta & Sarah , always make it enjoyable , starting to feel the benefits now , fitness levels are getting better every week & starting to enjoy the pain again , good set of people to train alongside too ,feeling fitter & stronger & a lot lighter ����

Love lion fitness boot camps. For someone who never stuck to exercise I can honestly say I love these boot camps. Everyone that goes is so friendly. It makes the training enjoyable. Mark and Marta are very good and encouraging. I feel 100% better for sticking with it. I've also lost weight and changed shape. Mega bonus. Would highly recommend. More...

Amazing class this morning.... bootcamp with Mark Wilson! ...... anyone looking to get fit for summer, to lose weight or just to increase your general fitness this is the place to be! Classes for all levels in a fun and friendly environment. I have been doing 3 classes a week for 23 months. I've made great friendships, increased my knowledge of fitness, created an hibitual training programme that I love that fits into my life style..... oh and have list 5 stone along the way! After initially training with Mark, along side physio, to strengthen an injured hip, I am now working with him to improve my general fitness and I love it. Such a great place to workout. Always friendly, encouraging and fun. The sessions I do mostly are Metafit and the new strength and conditioning course. Metafit is intense but brilliant. I feel great the next day. The strength and conditioning course is exactly what it says on the tin. Sessions push me to the max. Mark is always there demonstrating/encouraging/helping/supporting. We all work to our own ability and there's no shouting or pressure. My 1/2 an hour to an hour of me time. New goals. New friends. New family. . Highly recommend. More...

If you are looking for somewhere to workout and feel amazing then this is the place to be. Since joining the bootcamps i have felt a difference in myself and my fitness levels. Everyone is friendly and encouraging, making it easier to get lost in the workouts. The sessions are well structured and cater to anyone with any ability, as well as being fun. The instructors are approachable, friendly and motivational which gives me the kick i need to push myself out of my comfort zone.
For me it started with a block of boot camp sessions and i just can't keep away. I have recently found out i am pregnant, that hasn't discouraged me from attending, i know i am in safe hands and the instructors are knowledgeable enough to make sure i am doing exercises to benefit me, even if they have to change what their plan is just for me �.
The sessions are cheep and the block bookings are definately worth a go. You won't be disappointed. #lionfitness

I have just smashed my fitness test – a whopping 35% increase in just 8 weeks! Can't recommend highly enough. Lion Fitness is a totally non-poncey, friendly and non-judgemental environment for people of all levels to work-out. All you need is a will to succeed and a goal in mind, and Mark will work out how to get you there. It feels great when you get the results, so if you are considering it, all I can say is, in a few weeks time you could be feeling as smug as I do - go for it! More...

Personal Training allows you to work with a highly qualified professional trainer on a 1-2-1 basis, they are the ideal solution for clients who want to get results and want to achieve them on schedule!

Each session is run in a friendly and professional manner, and provided by a passionate and well educated trainer. You will be encouraged to push your limits, but never beyond your own level of capabilities.

We recognise that every client’s needs, objectives & fitness levels are different and every programme we design is bespoke to each client, a wide range of training techniques will be used and each session can be provided at a location and time convenient for you.

Whether you are training for weight loss, endurance / sports events or a special occasion, everyone who works with our Personal Trainer will also receive advice and guidance on their nutrition and diet.

Training with a small group of friends, family or work colleagues is both enjoyable and motivational. It is also fast becoming the most popular choice for clients who wish to share the cost of personal training.

Working together as a team is a great way to boost your motivation, confidence and help you to stay focused on your individual targets.

For each group, advice and guidance on nutrition is provided and we develop a forum for everyone to encourage each other, share news, results, recipes and other motivational posts.

The sessions can be held at your home, your work place or in your local park. The workouts are tailored around the group’s fitness goals, areas of interest and ability. Every session is fun and varied and typically involves circuit training, functional & resistance based training and team games.

All of our Personal Training or Group Personal Training clients receive general nutritional and lifestyle advice, each client is asked to keep a food diary which is then reviewed on a regular basis.
