Linzi Kavanagh is a divorce and empowerment coach for women going through a divorce or
relationship breakdown. She is certified psychologist, counsellor, life coach, EFT practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner.
Working with clients to help them release negativity, let go of their ex and reclaim their identity, Linzi’s psychology and mindset led approach supports the emotional recovery from a life-changing event like divorce and relationship breakdown and helps these women to not only survive, but thrive and rebuild their lives.

I genuinely thought my life was over when my husband left me but life is now so much more than I ever could have imagined! I turned my mess into my magic and my crisis into my career - just by having access to the tools and strategies that I support my clients to use. Getting to work with women and being amazed at the transformations they go through is such a privilege.
I get to support women in a way that means their mindset starts to work FOR them instead of against them. This can MOVE MOUNTAINS! And the transformations can happen so quickly!

When I was going through the breakdown of my own marriage, I realised that whilst there was lots of advice and information on the practical and legal areas of divorce there wasn’t really a lot out there to specifically help you with your mental health when experiencing separation or divorce. I had such a strong pull or gut feeling that this was the work I was meant to be doing. That this how good could come out of my experience, that this would be the way I could grow as a person and learn from all I had been through.

I am very forward focused so instead of focusing on my client's ex, I focus on my client. Your thoughts create your feelings, which create your beliefs, which create your actions. This is what we look at together and we turn those around to make sure they are supporting your desired end result - moving on positively after processing this life-changing event in a healthy way.
We concentrate on ways to move forward with clarity, control and confidence, building a future that you are excited about, passionate about and proud of.

Yes, all coaching sessions will be conducted via Zoom

All sessions are remote meaning physical contact is nil.

This will be a private 90-minute zoom call with me, dedicated to creating a sustainable plan with techniques to empower you through and beyond your divorce.

I'll create a bespoke toolkit which will support you to move forwards with confidence, clarity and control.

In this intimate 1:1 container, you will find the support, hope and joy you need to move past the blocks that are holding you back.

You will learn powerful tools and strategies to help you reclaim your headspace so that you’re focusing on YOU, not your ex. We will work on building bulletproof confidence, tuning into your energy and becoming focused on the future, so you can take action on building the life you want and deserve.

As the program is highly personalised and tailored to each individual, every journey will be different. However the main areas covered are as follows:

🌻COMMUNICATION

If communicating effectively with your ex is something you’re struggling with, that’s something we can work on together. You will learn how to respond rather than react to him (yes, there’s a difference!) and also stop the triggers that pop up and ruin your entire day. These exercises will help you to co-parent effectively whilst maintaining boundaries!

🌻CALM

We will turn the chaos into calm! I will help you to put an end to your fight or flight response as you’re dealing with the overwhelm of changes and responsibilities. No more sleepless nights. No more bottled up emotions. No more going over the endless loops of upsetting memories playing in your head. You will learn to let go and step into a calm, healthy state of mind.

🌻CONTROL

You will learn key strategies for taking back control (mostly of your headspace), so you can put yourself back in the driver’s seat of your life. We will work on shifting negative self-beliefs, reframing your thoughts, dealing with triggers, and focusing on self-care (no, I’m not talking about massages or bubble baths!) You will then finally believe in your ability to heal and become mentally strong and resilient.

🌻CLARITY

We will work on changing your perspective both on what happened in the past and the situation you are in now so you can let go of obsessing over him or what could have been. If you are holding onto emotions like resentment, anger, guilt, grief and loss, you will also learn how to release them.

🌻CONNECTION

Connection back to yourself is so important! You will begin to connect to the woman you are NOW. To help you move forwards, we will focus on finding what sparks a fire in you now, what makes you happy, what your priorities are and what FEELINGS are important to you in life so you can bring more of this into your current situation. You will also be encouraged to connect with support networks.

🌻CHOICES

Once you’ve connected back to self and understand exactly who you are and what you want and feel empowered enough to get it, you will begin to explore your exciting next steps. This will help really move you forwards towards creating a life that truly fulfills you - and does not have you thinking about your ex!

🌻CREATE

Once you have been guided through the important healing steps and have developed your newfound confidence, you will be supported through taking the steps you need to build the life you want and fill it with joy, peace, fulfilment and THRILLS!
