What’s your interior design process?
After an initial, no obligation consultation about the brief at your home, or over the phone (which usually takes around 1 hour), I provide a synopsis and a quote for my services.
Once approved I ask for a small deposit before commencing with the agreed work; designs, layouts, samples etc. I may need to visit again to take measurements and more photos (due to restrictions I may need to obtain these from you or any floor plans you may have).
The design stage usually takes around 2 weeks and then I present the ideas which often includes 2/3 different options. I also provide a list of the items I recommend along with dimensions and prices. A few tweaks later, the project is complete unless you're looking for assistance with putting the ideas into action. If so, I'll provide a quote for my implementation services.

I can cater for all styles. And if I don't know much about your style I'll research it.

Delighting my clients through the transformation of their home.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The freedom and flexibility of working for myself, and I've owned other businesses.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm open to ideas and collaborate with my clients to achieve the best results. I may be able to obtain discounts on your behalf which sometimes cover the cost of the design fees (subject to minimum spend requirements with retailers). Having worked in the creative advertising business for many years, I have a lot of experience of delivering projects on time, on budget and, importantly, on brief.

I am happy to work remotely and like most people have been doing this, almost exclusively, since March 2020. So whether your preference is email, voice or video call I'm happy to communicate in whatever way you wish. My design presentations are produced digitally so I can provide them in a PDF format. Swatches and samples will be posted or dropped off (depending on location).
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have been working remotely since March 2020. On the odd occasion I have visited a client's premises I have complied with the prevailing rules or client's wishes, including mask wearing, using hand sanitiser, keeping socially distanced and taking Lateral Flow Tests on the day of meetings. I am fully vaccinated.
