Believe me I am the first to complain if I am not happy. But it is also important to give credit where credit is due.You have installed my boiler 2 years ago and have subsequently serviced it. I am really happy with the quality of work and the top quality of service I have received from your company. Including some plumber only work. You ring the office and problem solved. I would really appreciate it if you can pass on to the last chap who serviced my boiler how impressed I am with your service and his professionalism which is sadly a dying breed. What a great experience!!i have just dealt with Limegreen for the first time and felt compelled to write a review and share my experience with others. The job in question wasn't actually at my own home but at my mothers, who is 82.Whilst Mum is still all there and fairly strong-willed, she is 82 and having big burley men in your home can be quite intimidating. Unfortunately my husband and I live over in Cheshire so it's difficult for us to go back and help when these things happen.Mum's boiler broke and we knew that after 22 years it was time for a new one. When the engineer (from a different Cardiff company) who condemned the boiler left Mum, she had no heating or hot water in the middle of November!I took to Google straight away and arrange three quotes and in fairness to all three companies they managed to get out the same day. The feedback from Mum on the first two visits were that the men who attended were salespeople and not heating engineers. Limegreen came out at 7pm after the surveyor had finished all his work planned for the day. When Gavin from Limegreen arrived Mum felt at ease straight away, he showed his Gas Safety card and explained that he is an engineer. By the time Gavin left, Mum had hot water from the immersion heater and even left Mum with two electric heaters that she couldn borrow and it didn't matter if we accepted their quote or not, Gavin would simply pick them up once Mum was sorted.The Limegreen price was similar to others but included a 12 year warranty and Gavin would call out on the morning of the job to show the fitters exactly what had been agreed. This was a lovely touch as Mum had already met Gavin and she liked him.On the day of the job the two engineers and Gavin turned up at 8am as agreed. Everything went to plan and Mum's heating was back on before 5pm that same day. Since the installation, Gavin has called back to help Mum with her new room thermostat.Overall we couldn't be happier and it gives me great peace of mind that I have found Limegreen and can call on them should Mum have any issues in the future. Very smooth quotation and installation process. The engineers were punctual and polite. No waste left on site and new boiler is a major improvement over the old one! We had our boiler condemned & were desperate to get a new one installed ASAP. Having been assigned to Limegreen via the Worcester Fast Track scheme we were luckily to have the installation completed on a Saturday (2 days later). I cannot fault the service from start to finish. LimeGreen put in a new SMART gas central heating system in our 1960s bungalow. New boiler, radiators and gas connection. This system is controllable from our phone and iPad. It's brilliant. The job took 3 days from start to finish. We couldn't have been more pleased. They were professional, hard-working, polite and very careful in keeping the property clean. Limegreen have recently replaced our old back boiler with a new combi boiler. This involved relocating the boiler in a new location and replacing all the radiators. The quotation process was detailed with a representative visiting our home to make sure everything was covered. The quote was printed out before he left avoiding any delays waiting for it to be produced. This was especially useful for us as having recently moved into the property we were without heating and hot water.Once we accepted the quote the installation team were quickly in contact and the work was booked in for just over a week later.The work was completed as planned within the quoted timeframe - infact a little bit quicker. The installers were very professional and explained everything to me as they worked. Four radiators installed today by Limegreen. Excellent job. No rush to do the install and move on to next job. Ben took his time to ensure the best finish and even took away all cardboard boxes and arranged collection of the old radiators (not had that service from other plumbers!). I’ll be recommending you!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Yesterday had a new gas fire installed, chimney swept etc. They have a team of happy, friendly professional installers and everything is explained clearly. They have a great selection of fires both electric and gas to choose from in their showroom. I bought a very nice electric fire for my apartment. They also checked my log burner and swept the chimney, and were spotless. I’m thinking of having one of their very realistic rustic mantles for my log burner, they look amazing. Shop was very well laid out with a large number of fireplaces on display. The shop assistant provided valuable advice regarding the fireplace that would fit in our room. A surveyor came out promptly to check the room and the two fitters worked hard to make sure it was completed within a day and dealt with all issues as they arose. Just had a boiler replaced by Limegreen. Right from the start they were polite, punctual, and professional. A good price quoted from Dan and work commenced 3 working days later. Old boiler removed and new fitted in 1 day by Richard and Corey and electricians. Work also included running a new gas line to accommodate boiler which was done by Corey in the pouring rain but he cracked on regardless. Good to see a company training the young guys up. House left clean and tidy. Dealing with office staff on phone was a pleasure. All said, its a pity all companies do not operate this way. Would recommend Limegreen to anyone and will use again.
