18.1.22 I can highly recommend Colin and his team. Fantastic service from start to finish. I spoke to Colin over messenger originally about sending my dog to one of his training days and if my dog would be suitable. I explained that he barks at other dogs while on the lead and that it was getting worse. It was effecting family walks etc. He was very open & honest with me and said that he probably wouldn't get to see that behaviour from him as thought it would be with just me but he would take him and see if I still wanted too. He wasn't pushy with me to book either which I liked. Collection & drop off was effortless. The lady was so calm and friendly Dougie was happy to go with her. Colin rang me in the evening with an update. It was as he said, he was fine and happy and he had no behavior problems with him at all. Colin gave me lots of advice as to why he may be acting in this way and I asked him if he offered one on one training. So I booked him. 20.1.22 Colin came to visit us and we talked about how Dougie reacted on the lead with me and he was full of expert advice. He told me things that I could do differently but he didn't once talk down to me. We went on a walk so I could try out these new ways and within the first 10 mins I noticed a massive difference in Dougies behaviour. By the time the appointment had finished I had learnt so much and Dougie and I had achieved so much. It was like I had a different dog with just a few small changes that made a massive difference! The following day was D Day out on my own without Colin as guidance. I used all the tools (info) he gave me and we did it. Fantastic walking on the lead and we met 3 dogs and no barking. When my Guv sees Colin and Nikki pull up outside, he absolutely cannot contain his excitement. They are great with him from start to finish, including washing him after his walks. ... There are always so many photos posted, so we can keep up with his antics during the day. Everything is run very professionally and I honestly trust them with his life!!! Winston had his first VIP day out today and he had the best day. Colin and team were really considerate and even rang me to let me know how he was getting on! They went up on Quantock Hills and walked for nearly 4 hours. Winston is worn out but he'll be ready to go again as will definitely be rebooking. Thank you guys! More...

Tried VIP Dog Days for the first time yesterday as want a weekly day for my dog. The whole experience has been totally amazing from the door to door collection and drop off to the care and attention given to the pooches on their adventure. Saffie had an amazing day yesterday and the beautiful photos show the amount of fun she had. Thank you so much for looking after my fur baby and giving her a wonderful day. Extremely happy with VIP Dog Days, Ollie has an amazing time with them and they even manage to have him off the leash which is amazing! It’s also so nice to be able to see all the pictures and videos of the fun he’s had during the day. Looking at the pictures he does love to get muddy! But always comes back lovely and clean! Absolutely without a doubt my Border Collie’s favourite time of the week. He literally cannot wait to get into the VIP Doggy Carrier. I know whilst he is away he is having the time of his life socialising with other dogs sniffing trails and running free. He always comes home happy and content. I would absolutely recommend VIP adventure dog days. Niki and Colin are so enthusiastic and interactive with our young dog and she had a wonderful day. It was important to us that she met other adults and dogs and they facilitated that extremely well. I would thoroughly recommend VIP Dog Days. Colin & Nicki are so professional & caring about all the dogs they take out for the day. The walks are amazing. Our lab is only a year old & hasn’t been with other dogs because of the covid lock downs. She now has doggy friends and is learning how to play and interact with other dogs. These guys have been brilliant! My girl is a rescue that’s not long arrived, she needs lots of different terrains to build her muscles and as she’s already 9 months old so needs urgent socialising (not easy during lockdown! ). She has done 2 so far and has loved it, already it’s making a huge difference to her. Colin & Nicky where so reassuring before, during & after her first time, as I was a mess handing my rescue baby over, it’s a big deal! Rosie went on her first VIP Dog Day yesterday (10th March) and thoroughly enjoyed herself. Rosie took to Colin and Nicky straight away who made a great fuss of her whilst reassuring me she would be fine, and she was . ..
