LPT helps Men/Women in Kettering & Northampton to look, move & feel better via transformation coaching. We believe strongly in an integrated approach that combines exceptional personal training, great nutrition & strong mindset. This combination of coaching & training together is what has helped us achieve over 300 stone in combined weight loss since January 2016.

I've just finished my 6 week LPT course and am so thankful for signing up! The introductory meeting was great as I got to meet other people who had signed up and find out more about what to expect; it also gave me a head start in meal planning. What I like most about LPT is how it's viewed as a lifestyle programme, not just a diet to go on for a few weeks or some exercise to do because we're told it's what we should be doing. The trainers invest time in each person individually and help us to think about why we want to do this programme and how we can sustain it long term, including dealing with those unexpected obstacles that come our way. I have always focussed on scale results so adapting to inch/fat loss and before/after photos took awhile for me to get used to, but I now know this is a far more realistic approach to tackling the issues I have around weight and food. As a result of joining LTP I have lost 9lbs, 37cm from my body and my fat % has reduced too. I feel so much better in myself already and people are already noticing the difference. I have now signed up to continue this journey through 2019 and I can't wait to see where I will be with it this time next year. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this programme, and am so thankful to the team behind it for all of their hard work and dedication to help us achieve our goals. More...

I'm just coming to the end of my 6 week plan. I can't praise the team at LPT enough. I was stuck in rut at the gym, and need a boost and guidance and I have had the best time and got so much out of the 6 week plan. I'm felling so energised and it is made me feel more confident in myself. If anyone was thinking about doing the program then I say you will not find better. These guys are amazing, everyone's a bit apprehensive at first, but even after your first meeting they put you at ease. Really help with your nutrition, the training is hard but good fun, serious with a bit of banter thrown in, whatever your goal, these guys will help.

When i first saw the advert for LPT i must admit i thought, here we go another 6 week challenge cant see how it can work. After a call from Coach Jamie, i thought i would give it a go .

I soon realised changes could be acheived after a few weeks, with the encouragement and coaching, group session, nutrition coaching and eating real food.

There are no gimmick diets, no fancy shakes, just back to basic real food and exercise with all the encouragement you can handle from the coaching team and everyone else on the same road to a fitter healthier life.

I did it for 6 weeks, lost a stone and enjoyed it so much that i have signed up as a memeber for the next 12 months.

Stop finding excuses and sign up to a healthier lifestyle. You will have no regrets,

I did the 6 week programme having lost my way at the gym. Jamie, Noah and Matt are very encouraging and taught me how to exercise properly. I didn't join them as I was already paying for gym membership but I'm now back at the gym in classes that I would never have had the confidence to do prior to this. I'm also eating much better and drinking more water! So I would recommend LPT either as a long term programme or to just kick start you back into healthier ways. More...

I cant recommend LPT enough. I recently completed the six week programme and it has changed my whole outlook on what it means to be healthy. There is a fantastic team of coaches, especially Matt and Jamie who teach, mentor and support you all the way. Their passion for what they do is clear and is infectious as I continue to enjoy my new lifestyle and confidence this group has given me. All I would say to anyone thinking of making the leap is 'just do it!' You certainly wont regret it. More...

I've just completed a 6 week 3x per week course in the small group with Richard. I saw a lot of change that I liked which has made me more determined to shift the excess, I now know I can do this. I've joined up for a 6 month membership and in the first week completed the club challenge. It was hard, but rewarding, the day after I can really feel the muscle groups that were worked, DOMtastic!. They are a fab bunch of PTs but you only get out what you put in but they don't allow you to slack off. Big thank you to LPT NCC particularly Richard for not letting me slack off and putting up with my lip and face pulling!! More...

It doesn’t matter how I feel or what mood I am in when I get to LPT training the one thing I can guarantee is that I always leave feeling better for attending the session.

These guys know how to get the best out of you & encourage you to be your better self regardless of where you are in your fitness journey. I like the fact that they realise you will have your good & bad training days but as long as you give them 100% of whatever you have to give it doesn’t matter.

LPT encourage small changes which add up to make a BIG difference. You aren’t made to feel pressured to change everything overnight, after all that’s not always achievable or maintainable but overtime it is amazing what a few little daily tweaks & new formed habits can
achieve.

I started with the six week program, Not only did I get an exercise program, but help and advice with my nutrition, calls from my coach to check on I was getting on and support from other members who were on the same program.
I enjoyed it so much I carried on as a member.
This is not just a gym program it's a complete support network, it's helped me loose weight, tone by body up and improve my nutrition

I'm now on the final week of the 6 week course. Really pleased with the results. These guys know there stuff with regards to both training and nutrition. All the coaches are great motivators and spend the time to ensure you are executing the exercises correctly. Can't recommend highly enough and wish I had joined up earlier. We take a integrated approach with our clients that we call the T.C.P Method.

This method combines Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, Personal Development. Using this method we create a detailed personal plan that programs to their specific needs. We do this by firstly taking our clients through a functional movement assessment so that we can identify the weak & stronger areas of their mobility, stability & strength.

Finding out what works for you. Not one person is the same, so why should they have the same workout routine and food plan? At Lifestyle Performance Transformations we look at your entire lifestyle and focus on what you need to work on the most to get to where you want to be. For some people that could be training, for others it could be learning more about nutrition.

Working with a huge variety of people and helping them achieve their own goals. Whether its weight loss, muscle gain or to live a better lifestyle. Our job is to get YOU results...and we love it!

Lifestyle Performance Transformations (LPT) was born from the vision of Founder Matt Sutton. Matt was a young and fit personal trainer just starting his career when at aged 27 he was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive Cancer.

In battling his illness Matt discovered the power of nutrition, lifestyle & mindset alongside physical fitness for improving health & wellness.

With this new found knowledge & lease on life he went on to change his whole approach to helping people get the results they desired by using a holistic approach of nutrition, lifestyle & mindset coaching alongside personal training.

He now calls this the T.C.P method.

We approach each client on a personal basis, whether it's 1-to-1 personal training or in our large group programs, everyone is considered an individual and everyone gets that individual attention. We'll arrange a free success phone call or face to face meeting during which we'll discover more about you as a person, what you want to achieve and together we'll work out how you can get there. If you decide to work with LPT then great, but after the initial contact there is no obligation to sign up so if for whatever reason you don't believe working with LPT will get you your goals then we won't pressure you to sign up with us. That's fair right?
