What do you love most about your job?
I've always had a passion for trees. Before becoming a Tree Surgeon I was a well accomplished chef and worked all over the world doing that. I'm still really passionate about cooking but Arboriculture is a new chapter in my life. Being a tree surgeon allows me to spend more time with my family and its helping me feel more connected to nature than I ever have.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to start my own business to really challenge myself and I love helping people these are attributes that are were ingrained in me from my time as a chef at the highest level.
