Isaac was recommended to us by our accountants. I have to say he was very helpful and took time to explain the various options we had, nothing was a problem and every detail covered. We have been with Bupa for 25 years, pulling away from them was going to be challenging, so he tried to negotiate our cover with Bupa who did not want to shift on rates.
