Karl responded the same day I posted my request and collected my phone and laptop (both of which had broken screens) the next working day.
He offered to return the phone the following day despite the laptop not being ready but I agreed to have them both returned together.
The laptop screen took longer to be delivered to Karl, but another provider I had contacted had told me there were none available in the UK so may have a 3 week delay! Karl however replaced the screen and returned both items within 5 days of collecting them and were fixed to a high standard and are working perfectly. Karl was friendly and professional and I would be happy to recommend him.

I'm writing this review on the tablet that Karl quickly, efficiently and very reasonably repaired for me when the motherboard cooked itself. Without him, I wouldn't have been able to leave this review as my tablet was broken. But if my tablet hadn't broken I wouldn't have needed to leave a review at all as i wouldn't have needed it repaired meaning I'd have never met Karl. So to summarise, my tablet did fry itself, I have met Karl, I was impressed by his friendly and professional service and I've been able to leave a Google review. On the tablet he fixed. What an amazing find. In a time where there are so many sharks offering these services it’s nice to find a genuine business who is helpful and goes the extra mile. I took my battery to be replaced at another place in bury near M&S and they didn’t put it back together properly and the battery was fake. Only lasted a few months and when I complained they said they only offer 30 days warranty! This place replaced my screen and phone, opened the shop late for me to collect and provides a years warranty! Please please support quality local businesses like this for all your phone needs! Issue discussed and price agreed within 5 mins, took the iPad into the BSE store on Monday and picked up next day.
