I was introduced to Adam by a trusted friend and I’m so grateful that she did. At that time I was not in a great place, I felt lost and anxious. I was also facing some staffing issues with my business. Over the course of the initial programme Adam helped me work through all the issues that were playing out in my life and at the end of each session I came away feeling much better and with a fresh, more positive outlook. By the end of the programme I felt like a new man. Even my wife has commented! Overall, I feel happier, stronger, more confident and have made big changes in my business including making key staffing appointments that will allow me and the business to grow and to take on bigger challenges which I’m really excited about. At the start of our work together Adam took a photo of me where you can hardly see me, it’s dark, my head is bowed and that pretty much reflected how I felt at the time. What do you love most about your job?
I am passionate about helping people find and live their life purpose. I particularly love being there the moment their life purpose comes to them. It's very special to watch their eyes light up and witness them getting excited.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had a burn out in 2008 that started me down the coaching, healing and spiritual route to get well initially and then to feel better about myself and sort aspects of my life out that just weren't working.
The burn out forced me to stop and to start asking myself deep questions then about my life and why things were the way they were.
I was surprised and fascinated that no-one could give me a clear answer as to what's the purpose of life.
That inspired me to look for my own life purpose and when I found that it took me on an amazing journey and ultimately I was inspired to help others find theirs.

I will help you find and live your life purpose. I have been helping people find and live their life purpose for over 10 years now and I would love to help you too. I have learnt over the years what does and doesn't work and have created a methodology called the hero process which will get you there as fast and easily as possible.
There are a number of ways I can help you find your life purpose:

2. Group coaching.
3. My community group.
We will look at what is blocking you in your life generally and around your life purpose. Clearing the blocks creates a strong foundation, will get you to a great place and is essential to build your life purpose upon.

I owned and ran a recruitment consultancy for 14 years working with blue chip financial services and banking clients. I advised thousands of mid to senior executives about their careers and interview technique over those years.
I also coached many successfully placed candidates on how to have more success in their roles over the first 6 months of joining my clients.
Then in 2008 I burnt out / had a breakdown. That ultimately led me to find my life purpose which developed into coaching others to find theirs.
