Known Jeroen for a good few years now and he’s sold a couple of my flats over the years. Certainly knows the property market well and has always been very good at keeping me informed. Would definitely recommend him.

I came to J with a clear goal to lose some weight and tone up and so far I‘m really happy with where I got to. With a busy work schedule, I‘m struggling to find the time to move enough during the day but J keeps motivating me and trying to find other small ways to help me achieve my goals.

I really enjoy my workout sessions with him, as he keeps things interesting and mixes the sessions up with new exercises all the time. He also keeps up with me complaining about things I don‘t like. :-)

Can definitely recommend working with J, as he adapts to your needs and builds a bespoke programme that best works for you.

My legs are finally worth looking at! Thanks J. Amazing leg training. Been in the gym for years with no results to show for but with a few nutrition tweaks and some leg training from dino legs himself I'm getting closer to my goals every day!

I help clients achieve their goals through a combination of implementing healthier lifestyle habits - nutrition, sleep, recovery and of course training with the right intensity.

Eat, sleep, lift, repeat. You have to get a good programme to get strong, eat well and recover well from your exercise sessions.

It gives me the greatest satisfaction to get people addicted to the process of getting results. Once you've dialled in the process the results never stop coming.

I got jacked and realised that being healthy and strong is the way forward. I aim to spread my love, passion and knowledge.

I wasn't born with the best of genes, I've been overweight, weak and sloppy my whole life. I've had to work very hard to achieve my physique and I know how hard the process is for those finding fitness later in life. Physical wellbeing should be focussed on early in life, but better late than never. My story is relatable - I'm 40 and have been at a desk for 20 years, it showed; however it's never too late to start!

I can provide remote coaching as well as in-person training in the gym.

None, the storm in a teacup has blown over hasn't it? If you're fit and healthy it doesn't affect you anyway. The answer to most problems in life is healthy diet and lifestyle, the big C is no exception to that rule.
