I'm here to help you to navigate through the uncertainty that comes with self-exploration and growth, creating momentum to help you to understand and achieve your goals.
I offer a personalised, bespoke service to help you get you to where you want to be (even if you are not sure where that is to start with). I don't follow a set 'process', but tailor the coaching sessions to you.
My coaching style is based on Transformational coaching, which moves beyond the surface of the presenting topic. It enables people to have a different relationship with themselves in how they see, think, feel and behave in situations as well as in their interactions with others.
Transformational coaching is about creating long-term, sustainable change. Our sessions will give you time and space to focus on the outcomes you want to achieve, but will also challenge your underlying beliefs, values, identity and purpose.
