It's extremely important, however, balance is key. I typically recommend somebody has an 80/20 approach to their nutrition. 80% of the time you eat nutrient dense foods and 20% of the time you eat the fun stuff. It's not what you eat that results in body transformations, it's how much. That being said, we need to look after the inside too

Weekly check ins, 24/7 access to me, members site, easy to use app to review and monitor progress. Motivational messages throughout the week and open/honest communication throughout

Consistency with the right plan. No cookie cutter approaches, no fad diets and certainly no putting pizza in the corner. Accountability is also key, despite being a coach myself, I have a coach to keep me accountable during my contest prep. Accountability and consistency combined is a winning combo

Everything. Seeing clients have mindset shifts, seeing their results, seeing them being happy. Using my education, knowledge and experience day in, day out. Learning about my clients body is super interesting too. Creating training plans and figuring out the macro/calorie targets...I love it all!

I'm what you get. I'm not an influencer, I've had my own struggles with nutrition and training (and my mental health too), I've come through it and turned that pain into power. I will be as invested in your goal as much (if not more) than you are. I'm with you every step of the way and those tough days that will come (because they do- we're all human), I am there to keep you going.

Lifestyle coaching is bespoke to your individual goals. You will have an individualised training and nutrition plan with regular adjustments and a lot more access to me as your coach.

My 1:1 lifestyle coaching is designed to help you bin the yo-yo diet life for good, change the way you look at training and nutrition and have an easy to follow, sustainable approach getting you to exactly where you want to be.

There is no set time frame with this style of coaching, we take it at your pace for as long as you want. You will not only make physical progress by getting fitter and dropping body fat, but you will also have a complete mindset shift in how you look at yourself due to increased confidence, self-esteem and self-belief.

You will reach your goals for health, fitness and well-being!

From the get go, you will check in with me weekly to assess your progress through my easy to access app, which includes target setting features, training plans, nutrition plans and a members only site full of information around training, nutrition and mindset that is only accessible to 1:1 lifestyle clients.

Lifestyle coaching is all about helping you reach your goals in a steady and sustainable way, whilst having the accountability, direction and support to keep you on track.
