Hi Everyone!

My name is Cameron, and I'm a self employed PT at Pump Gyms.

I specialise in Fat Loss, Muscle Building, Confidence Building, Functional Fitness/Strength and Martial Arts (Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai)

I help my clients achieve their goals by creating an action plan based by what fitness goal they want to achieve, whether it is Fat Loss, Muscle Building, Confidence, or any other fitness goal.

This is regularly updated and reviewed for my clients best potential progress.

The secret to achieving the body you desire is to set a goal, create an action plan that works towards that goal everyday, consistent with training and nutrition, and finally, a PT that can keep you accountable.

I love that I have the ability to change someone's life through health and fitness!

Seeing a client progress whilst working with them fills me with happiness!

Through my own fitness journey i have gained a lot of confidence and created a physical and mental state that I love!

My goal is inspire as many people as possible, and help as many people as i can possibly help! I believe everyone deserves the rewards from health and fitness whatever benefit it provides you with!

Clients should choose to use my services as, unlike most PT's I have experience within a niche of the fitness industry as I have experience padding clients for Martial Arts, which is, not only incredible for overall fitness, but also a great way to burn calories and relieve stress.

My experience and knowledge of Martial Arts comes from my own fight career, and coaching fighters for fights on the Novice/Amateur scene.

Furthermore, I'm constantly learning and expanding my own knowledge as a PT. As I study 5 hours a week, learning more about Nutrition, Programming, Etc.

My services are available remotely at Pump Gyms Norwich.

However, I do offer an online service for those that are interested.

At Pump Gyms, there are santisation wipes, and stations located around the gym for those that wish to use them to keep as clean as possible during their workouts.
