We contacted Gary after an upstairs leak had caused water damage in our living room on the walls and ceiling. Gary responded immediately and was flexible about making a visit to give us a quote. The repair work and repainting has now been completed to a very high, professional standard. The room is now in its best ever condition. Gary also did the woodwork in the room and was able to treat and repaint the ceiling in our bathroom which had suffered from condensation mould. All of this extra work was also superb and it all looks great. We will definitely be asking Gary to return to complete other work we have planned for the future. I would very highly recommend Let’s Maintain! More...

Gary just finished redecorating two bedrooms for us, and we are more than happy with his work. The finish is excellent and he paid great attention to detail and involved us in every decision about materials and finishes. More than that, however, he was considerate and flexible. We have a two year old, and Gary was very adaptable when it came to things like working quietly during nap time and taking time to explain to our daughter what he was doing when she showed an interest. He is trustworthy and conscientious, clearly takes pride in his work, and even noticed a little job that needed doing in our bathroom and took the initiative to sort it for us! Achieving the right result for our customer and being told how pleased they are with our work
What inspired you to start your own business?
The thought of complete control in the quality of service we provide and having the complete choice of work we undertake. Being able to balance work and family life was also a factor with young children.
Why should our clients choose you?
We treat your property as if its our own and love to make your property look good. We’ve never had a complaint in the quality of service we provide. We are clean, tidy and organised in the way we work in order to minimise disruption.

It’s very difficult to be able to give an accurate quotation without looking at the property, we could give a rough estimate prior to having a look in person.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are able to get regular testing now, some of the team have had a vaccination and we wear face masks when requested and hand wash regularly. We also manage our workload to avoid contact with customers where possible.
