He told me what to expect prior to visiting, in terms of time required, costs, after care and generally anything to expect during the visit. Andrew turned up on time despite having to travel fairly far and he was courteous and professional, being sure to ask us before doing any alterations such as moving furniture or drilling holes and after fitting and testing, he thoroughly explained the setup and how to use it and even my technophobe Mum-in-Law (who has never even used email) grasped it after Andrew went through it and demonstrated. Regular self-screening and bi-weekly LFT tests. Wear face masks when in front of customers / clients and still use Hand Washing / Cream regularly.
