I'm not an easy person to get exercising, but chris has kept me motivated and I really enjoy going to his bootcamps! I'm starting to see results and have gone down a dress size! So happy that I'm finally loosing weight as I have always struggled with it. Highly recommend chris to anyone thinking about getting into exercise but the thought of the gym is daunting! It's very relaxed and welcoming perfect for people like myself, who couldn't think of anything worse than going to the gym! Thanks chris for giving me the motivation to get healthy! More...

Chris has been my pt for 6 months now. I weekly sessions with him, and do days on my own. At the start Chris asked me my goals, (I want to be toned all over, be more on the muscular side, and have good cardio). He then put a 4 week exercise program together for me. Then when after that program he created me another one for the next 4 weeks, and so on. The first program focused on building my endurance. The program I am currently on is a high intesity program. Every day on the program consists of different exercises which he explains to me - numerous times as I tend to forget how to do them! He's often working in the gym anyway when I go in so can always ask if am stuck or need some help with the weights. Chris also gives me adivce on food. What to/not eat too much of, whats good for me, how much I should be eating a day (in general and re protein, fats, carbs). He is very passionate about what he does and definitely very knowledgable. I am pleased with my results so far and plan to continue working with Chris every week for a long time! I was a bit hmmmm, about paying for a pt at first, ontop of a gym membership. But Chris charges an ok price compared to some of my friends pt's. Having someone help me, and a program helps motivate me to go to the gym regularly as need to do the timetable! Then when I do the timetable I get the results - I feel better about myself, which motivates me to keep going. Then the gym turns into a habit. Et voila! As a person Chris is lovely. Friendly, light hearted. Good at motivating you and generally easy to get on with. I'd definitely recommend trying a few sessions. More...

Amazing Personal Trainer. Very motivational and knowledgeable about exercise and nutrition. I would highly recommend Chris if you need that extra boost to achieve your fitness goals.
