What do you love most about your job?
Customer satisfaction, it is very important to us that our customers are satisfied with all aspects of our work, from the price, through doing the work and the care we take in your home, to the end result, we manage all aspects of our projects and communicate throughout, we treat your home how we would want others to treat ours.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being our own boss, it is very rewarding to be the one who makes the decisions, who the customer turns to when they are in need, and to be able to manage projects and build relationships with people is extremely satisfying.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because we are the best, it seems like a confident statement, but we truly believe that the service we offer is unrivalled, no, we are not the cheapest, but we offer extra value with what we provide and how we run our projects, we are open and honest and provide a hassle free service, no complaints so far

No, we cannot, we avoid quoting over the phone because every job has its own quirks and we like to make sure that the customer is aware of any unforeseen issues before quote.
To make an accurate valuation of our quotes we like to see the installation area, it may be that we find a way to overcome an issue which reduces the price.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During the advised lockdowns and restrictions we were fully compliant with Covid measures, and now, we will wear a mask on request, we keep ourselves sanitised and keep a good distance as best we can and always clean down throughout the job
