Lisa and Helen are great! Our pug puppy Buzz is 7 months old and he’s absolutely loved his walk and his overnight stay so far. Garden area at their home has ample space for the dogs to play in, good contact and quick to respond to any questions. Obviously haven’t been on any of the walks but based on what I’ve seen and heard they try to make sure it’s something different and fun for the dogs and not just your boy standard walk around the block! We could not be happier with the service provided by Helen and Lisa at Lead The Way Bolton!! Teddy was so well looked after, and clearly had a brilliant time. We had photo updates on the customer page, as well as a progress report at the end of his stay. I’m pretty sure he didn’t want to come home to us after all the fun he had! I also want to express enormous gratitude at the fact that Teddy came home clean and smelling absolutely lovely. When he has boarded elsewhere, he has come back filthy and smelly, and it was such a delight to pick up a happy, relaxed and divine smelling dog! It gives us such piece of mind that Teddy was so well looked after and even managed to make a friend while he was boarding, and we look forward to using Lead The Way Bolton again. Thank you thank you thank you! Our Shih Tzu has obviously had a fabulous 8 day stay. Was so concerned about leaving him with a non family member but the pictures and videos they shared, whilst we were away, show he's had a ball! Thank you very much to Helen and Lisa for making Ollie’s home from home special. From the professional manner in which our booking was dealt with via a home visit, to the trial sleepover to ensure he would settle and the private FB page updates showing how loved our pup was during his stay. On Friday we picked Honey up after leaving her for over a week with the girls. Was really nervous as this was the very first time we left our pup for that long. .. anyways cut the long story short, girls did an amazing job looking after our princess. She was so comfortable around them and really sad to leave them also posting pictures on the daily basis on customers page helps a lot! Definitely recommend #LeadTheWayBolton to anyone! Lisa and Helen are both very professional, friendly and fantastic with both our dogs, Woody and Buzz. The regular posts on the customer only site is reassuring, whilst you’re away, knowing that your dogs are not only being cared for but having a great time to. Would highly recommend Helen and Lisa for dog boarding, our dog Betty looked like she had a whale of a time when we were on holiday! They were always very professional from the very first meeting so we didn't hesitate to leave Betty with them. The many updates on their customer page were lovely to see when we were away, it's clear to see that they love what they do and the dogs look like they get lots of attention! Couldn't recommend Helen and Lisa highly enough. I was horrified at the thought of leaving my boy for the first time but was instantly put at ease from the moment I met these lovely ladies. My bouncing boisterous bulldog is not the easiest pup to look after but they tailored his stay to meet with his needs including looking after weepy eyes and a sore chin - both had vastly improved by the time I got back from holiday. With regular photos and videos I felt so comfortable on holiday in the knowledge my boy was being so well looked after. I dare say Boris had so much fun on his first holiday he didnt want to leave. Utterly professional, caring, nothing is too much trouble and passionate about providing the best for your fur baby PERFECT!. Would certainly recommend!our dogs George and Pippa boarded with lead the way,this was the first time leaving our dogs for a week with anyone outside immediate family! lead the way were fantastic, from the moment we meet them we knew our dogs were going to extremely well looked after!I was quite anxious leaving them for so long but I was soon put at ease with the regular updates with pics and videos which really helped!Thank you lead the way for taking such good care of our furry babies x More...
